ESNS - The Merch Hub
During Eurosonic Noorderslag 2026, we proudly opened the doors of our Merch Hub in the heart of Groningen. As an official ESNS partner and location, the Merch Hub became a buzzing creative hotspot where artists, managers, and music professionals came together throughout the festival.
Over the course of two days, the Merch Hub evolved into a space to connect, get inspired, and talk merch. In collaboration with AS Colour, we showcased what happens when music, design, and production truly align. Visitors discovered a world of possibilities, from premium blanks and materials to innovative print techniques, product options, and on-the-spot design ideas.
The Merch Hub wasn’t just about showcasing merch; it was about shaping it. Through speeddate sessions, conversations, and hands-on exploration, we helped artists and teams turn ideas into tangible, high-quality merchandise.
What we did:
- Collaboration with AS Colour and ESNS

- Build-up and set dressing of three merch locations: Merch Hub, Forum & Oosterpoort

Bring Me The Horizon
To celebrate the launch of their physical album, Bring Me The Horizon organized exclusive pop-up events worldwide. These events were hosted in London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Melbourne, Sydney, New York City, Los Angeles and Mexico City. The immersive experience enabled fans to further engage in the NeX Gen universe, allowing them to shop exclusive merch items and physical copies of the album.
We got to design, produce, build and host the pop up in Amsterdam. Check out our version of the NeX Gen pop up, video by Iztok Klančar.
What we did:

Floor Jansen
For the release of the highly anticipated first solo album of Floor Jansen, we developed and produced a limited-edition deluxe boxset. This collector’s item included ‘Paragon’ on vinyl and CD, a photobook and exclusive merchandise like a slipmat and silver pin.
What we did:
- Development and production of CD’s and 5 different vinyl colors
- Packaging development and production
- Production of high-quality hardcover photobook
- Design and production of included merchandise items
- Fulfilment: packaging of orders and shipping worldwide

Jera On Air 2025
We worked together with Jera On Air to create a full merchandise collection that reflects the vibe of the festival and its visitors. This collection goes beyond the classic line-up t-shirt and includes a range of carefully designed sportswear items as well as an array of custom accessories like earrings, slides and caps.
What we did:
- Development of a cohesive and on-trend collection plan
- Design and production of merchandise including custom accessories and sportswear
- Delivery and pick-up of merchandise
- Count leftover stock for online sales

KANE
For the long-awaited comeback of KANE, we took care of the production of the full merchandise collection for five sold-out Ziggo Dome shows. This line included exclusive Ziggo Dome t-shirts and hoodies and a wide range of custom accessories. The aim was to evoke both feelings of nostalgia, as well as excitement for the future plans of the band.

- Live sales of five arena shows
- Develop a customized webshop and manage the online sales of leftover stock

Joost Klein
We took care of merchandise during Joost Klein’s EU tour in 2025. In 3 weeks we handled merch during 14 shows across 10 countries, and took care of every step of the way. From merch production and budgeting to drop shipments and merch sales during the shows. Our on site team works together with the team at our office in Haarlem, to ensure everything runs smoothly during an international tour like this.

Rotterdam Ahoy
Merchstore is the official concessionaire of Ahoy Rotterdam, which means that we take care of the merchandise sales for all international events at this incredible venue. Think of pre-production, merch logistics and staffing, stock count and administration, merch sales during the event, as well as the post-production and financial statements. We are used to handling various different types of events, from concerts and festivals to wrestling matches and monster trucks. Our team consists of dedicated merchandisers that make the process as smooth as possible for touring artists/events.
What we do:
- Contact with tourmanagers/touring merchandisers
- Pre-production, organizing logistics & staffing plan
- Stock count-in, count-out and administration
- Build-up & decoration merch booths (multiple booths per show)
- Merch sales during the event
- Financial statement & sales sheet
