Our live-sales team is ready to take all merch-related stress away from you while touring, so you can focus on preparing an amazing show for your fans. Our merchandisers are completely self-sufficient and take care of everything: from price tags and pin-terminals to stock-count and the financial statements. From our years of experience selling merchandise on (international) tours, we know how to adapt in new environments, and we turn every merch booth into a beautiful display of your items!
How we can help
When touring The Netherlands/Belgium, our merchandisers drive back and forth to all venues in our Merchstore Mobile. Also international tours are no biggie to us, we are happy to join your touring party. Whether you are playing club shows, theatres, festivals or arena shows, we will advise on merchandise quantities to make sure all your fans can purchase a great souvenir.

Pop-up shops & fan events
Your fans play a massive role in your music career, they are the ones who listen to your music, buy your albums and merchandise, and attend your shows. We’ve made it our expertise to organize unique pop-up pre-events for your fanbase. These events allow fans to come together, have a drink & some food before the show, and meet like-minded people.
It’s a great opportunity for you to engage with your fans, and give them the chance to get an autograph or buy exclusive merchandise. And let’s face it, it’s no secret that some venues charge insane concession fees. Pre-events allow you to sell your merchandise on your own terms and for a fair price. We can organize these events in your favorite pub, coffee bar, brewery or event space and personalize it to your wishes and needs. Do you have a favorite cocktail? Cool, we’ll add it to the menu!

Festivals
Music festivals have become a staple in our culture, drawing thousands of people from all over the country to experience the excitement of live music at a (multiple day) festival.
With over 1000 yearly events in the Netherlands only, it’s a tough one to stand out from the crowd and make a lasting impression with your event.
Custom merchandise and music events go together like ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ and as festival merchandise is worn with happy memories of good times, it’s a great endorsement of your festival when music loving people rep your merchandise. However, we know merchandise should also be a source of extra revenue. We are excited to help you create and sell unique branded merchandise that reflects your brand identity.
Btw – we are also your go to when it comes to festival supplies. We offer the whole deal, from wristbands, crew clothing, safety clothing, lanyards, drinking cups, and so on.

Merchstore operates as the official concessionaire partner at festivals and for AHOY Rotterdam. Alongside selling your festival merchandise, we also take care of selling the merchandise for your performing artists during the event.
